I am a licensed REALTOR® specializing in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the Summit County and surrounding areas. I am Summit County's best choice to help you sell or buy your home.
Sure enough, I did it! I bought my first condo at the top of Dillon Valley for $63,000 fully furnished! After the success of this first home buying experience along with my proven success at selling reservations, my dad that suggested I take a look at becoming a realtor. I was doing well at sales in the reservations department and it just felt natural. So in June of 1995, I worked 2 jobs, went to real estate school, passed my real estate exam and still managed to set skis on a mountain over 100 days that season.
My first office that I worked out of was in Frisco - Century 21. This was a great place to start and I had a few great mentors that showed me the ropes there. After a great 6 years there, my managing broker moved on and I did too. East West Resorts, which soon became Silfer Smith and Frampton, had a lot going on in the development side of things in Breckenridge, so I decided to give that a shot for a good 3 years. During that time, I realized that I was spending a lot of money to make them popular - not me or my properties. It was then that I became my own managing broker because I felt that I could make the best decisions on how my marketing dollar was spent to promote my listings the best way possible.
My office is in Dillon at The Colorado Real Estate Company - it is a great fit for me and I appreciate the atmosphere and people I work with that are doing the same thing as myself.

Call me crazy, but I really enjoy expressing myself through houses and the creativity they allow me to have. I have owned over a dozen properties that I purchased at different stages. I like to have homes built from scratch and am part of it every step of the way as well as remodeling them for pure enjoyment of the finished product to share with others and love relaxing at when I have a little downtime.
